1. Scope. These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital product purchases made through this Payhip store.
2. Seller Information. WEAK Lüftner GmbH, Friedrichstr. 134, 10117 Berlin, Germany. Contact: support@drying3d.store
3. Subject of the Agreement. The Payhip store offers digital products such as e-books, 3D models, templates, or online courses. A contract is concluded between the buyer and us once the purchase process is completed on Payhip.
4. Prices and Payment. All prices are final prices. Payment and delivery are processed exclusively via Payhip, under their respective terms of service.
5. Delivery of Digital Products. Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after payment via Payhip. The buyer receives a download link or access via email.
6. Usage Rights. Upon purchase, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files. Sharing, reselling, reproducing, or redistributing the content is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted by us.
7. Right of Withdrawal. As the product consists of digital content provided immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal is waived once the buyer agrees to the immediate download and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right under EU law (Art. 16 lit. m of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
8. Liability. We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for data loss, compatibility issues, or indirect damages.
9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
